As we all work towards the ‘new normal’ we would like to share the measures that we have put in place to make Harnham Hall a safe place to stay.

All guests must confirm that they are ‘safe to stay’ before they arrive.

A hand sanitiser point is available in the front hall.

We will be practicing social distancing, this means we won’t be able to shake your hands as part of our friendly welcome.

Common areas will be cleaned & sanitised regularly.

Bedding & towels etc. will be washed at high temperatures & with a laundry cleanser additive.

Breakfast times can be staggered so that guests can enjoy sole occupancy of the dining room. Continental items & non single use items from the sideboard will be served to you at your table.

All crockery, glassware & cutlery is sanitised & washed at high temperatures. Some single use items have been temporally introduced while the governments risk level is still above level one.

The honesty items from the rooms are not available at the moment, but are available on request.

Daily housekeeping in your room is optional & will be discussed on arrival.

Cleaning procedures between guests is very thorough. On top of our high standards of housekeeping; every surface & contact point will be sanitised.

At checkout we ask that you leave your keys on the tray in the hall so we can sanitise them for our next guests.

These measures are our responsibility to help keep us all safe & we ask that you respect them as well as other guests that may be staying. All guests need to comply with our ‘safe to stay’ policy. As we start to adopt the new normal we want you to feel comfortable in our home, so please let us know if there is anything further we can do to help to achieve our goal.
